Accessibility Statement

Last updated August 23, 2026. Many voices, one collective — a community only works if everyone can take part. This page explains our accessibility commitment and how to reach us if something isn't working for you.

01

Our commitment

The Cohort Collective is committed to providing a website experience that is accessible to as many people as reasonably possible, including people with disabilities. Community begins with welcome — and that welcome should extend to everyone who visits this website, whatever technology or method they use to experience it.

02

The standard we aim for

This website aims to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA as its accessibility target. These internationally recognized guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.

Aiming for a standard is not the same as having achieved it everywhere. This website has not undergone a formal, independent accessibility evaluation, and we do not claim certification or complete conformance. We present WCAG 2.2 Level AA as the goal we design and build toward.

03

Accessibility is ongoing

Accessibility is not a finished state. As the website grows — new stories, new experiences, new features — we continue to review and improve it. When we find barriers, we work to remove them, and we consider accessibility in how we design and write, not just in how we code.

04

Third-party content

Some pages link to third-party websites or services — for example, social media platforms. Those destinations are operated by other organizations, and their accessibility practices are outside The Cohort Collective's control. This does not lessen our responsibility for the accessibility of our own website, which remains ours to uphold.

05

Feedback and assistance

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this website, or if you need assistance accessing any information here, please contact us at hello@cohortcollective.tech.

Where possible, let us know the page or feature that is causing difficulty and, if you are comfortable sharing it, the technology you are using. The more specifically you can describe the issue, the more effectively we can investigate and address it.

We read every message and take accessibility concerns seriously. While we are not able to promise a specific response time, we will do our best to respond as promptly as we can.
