The First Room
Why This Room Is Only
25 People
The first Cohort Collective gathering will be limited to 25 people. That number is intentional — not scarcity, but the size of the room changes what becomes possible inside it.

The first Cohort Collective gathering will be limited to 25 people.
That number is intentional.
I am not trying to fill the biggest room possible.
I am trying to create the right room.
A room where you can actually have a conversation. Where you can remember someone’s name. Where there is enough space to be curious about the person sitting across from you.
Because if we believe our time and relationships deserve intention, then the way we gather should reflect that.
This will be a curated gathering, built around the people, the space, and the kind of experience we want to create together.
Not everyone in the room will be alike. That is not the point.
The hope is to bring together people whose lives, ideas, experiences, interests and perspectives might complement one another in ways we cannot always predict.
And 25 is not the end.
It is simply this room.
There will be other dinners, conversations, experiences, journeys and opportunities to gather.
Different rooms will bring together different combinations of people.
The Cohort Collective is not about getting everyone into one room.
It is about thoughtfully creating many rooms worth being in.
And this is where we begin.
Interested in being in the room? Tell us a little about yourself. This is not a membership application, and it is not an automatic event registration — it is simply a way for us to understand who is interested, what you are curious about, and what kinds of people and experiences may complement this season of your life. Because this gathering is intentionally limited to 25 people, expressing interest does not automatically reserve a seat. We are going to be thoughtful about how the room comes together. And if this is not your room, stay close — there will be many more.
